Osteopathy will use soft techniques to treat musculo-skeletal problems, by treating the tissues of the body, using palpatory hand skills to restore a normal movement and balance in the body’s structures.Unless you have a referral to an osteopath, you can be treated in physiotherapy and then if needed, osteopathy could be added to your treatment regimen.
