A Chair Massage is a massage of 15 to 30 minutes on a special chair in the workplace. More and more employers offer this service to their employees considering there are several BENEFITS, such as:

On site massage is a safe, convenient and cost effective program, which is covered by most insurance companies. The therapist can work on the back, neck, shoulders and arms addressing the common problem areas of today’s workers. It is very convenient because the client is fully clothed and no oil is used.

As part of our GLOBAL HEALTH SOLUTION, the Corporate Chair Massage is easily integrated on a bi-monthly or monthly schedule, at the break time or lunch time of an employee. The benefits of the chair massage as mentioned above are seen and felt immediately, but also have a cumulative effect over time which is the base of our GLOBAL HEALTH SOLUTION. Making an Appointment:

Schedule and appointments are made in advance. A medical history is necessary and taken by the massage therapist. Our medical questionnaire is usually filled out by the employee in advance, so that the therapist can familiarize with each person before the chair massage session. This preparation helps the therapist to be fully ready for the massage session with each employee, and then be able to adapt their massage to the individual needs of each employee and target the most problematic areas of their upper body. The corporate chair massage is given by a certified massage therapist who will be able to issue receipts that are partly or totally covered by the employee’s private medical insurance.

Type of Payment Options:

Option A - Company Sponsored: the employer pays 100% of the cost
+ 80$ / hour, for a minimum of 3 hours
+ 75$ / hour, for more than 3 hours
Option B – Co-Sponsorship: the employer and employee split the cost
Example:
+ Split the cost as 60% employer and 40% employee, so the employee only pays a little less than 7$ per 15 minutes chair massage.
Option C - Employee Sponsored: the employee pays the total cost.
+ 20$ for 15 minutes chair massage.

Gift Certificates: A Great Idea:

The Company can also purchase 1 hour gift certificates of 75$ to 85$ value of table massage, or gift certificates of chair massage for a minimum of 3 hours (valued at 225$).
